our story

A little shop with a lot of personality

A small-batch ice cream and cookie shop tucked inside downtown Cleveland's historic Arcade at 401 Euclid Avenue. We make ice cream in small batches, bake cookies to go on top of it, and hand out samples until you find the one.

The cow-print counter

Black-and-white spots, cream walls and chocolate wood — the shop wears its dairy roots proudly. It's the kind of counter that makes people stop mid-stroll, and the reason the photos guests post always look like Pammy's and nowhere else.

Ice cream that tastes like the dessert

Banana pudding with real wafer and cake. Carrot cake with actual cake folded in. Apple pie with crust. Ube, bright and nutty. Guests keep saying the same thing: it tastes exactly like the real thing — because a lot of the real thing is in there.

Under the Arcade's glass roof

At 401 Euclid Avenue you're inside one of Cleveland's landmarks — five stories of brass balconies under an enormous skylight. Locals bring visitors here. Visitors leave with a cone. It makes a simple scoop feel like an occasion.
